Jetpack CRM, formerly known as Zero BS CRM, is a WordPress-native CRM plugin that allows agencies and freelancers to manage customer relationships directly within WordPress. The plugin was originally developed by Mike Stott and Woody Hayday, and was acquired by Automattic (the company behind WordPress.com and WooCommerce) in 2019.
